If you're experiencing frequent disconnections, it's likely due to WiFi interference. Try turning off any other wireless devices in the car and try again. If you can't find the dongle's Bluetooth or WiFi, make sure the wireless CarPlay adapter is powered on and the Bluetooth is on.
